Asheville Real Estate-Early Numbers for June 2009

The early numbers indicate homes sold in June were down 12% from the previous year after 4 of the last 5 months had seen sales down over 30%. When compared to May numbers were up 40%. The number of homes sold in June compared to May over the last several years: +11%(2005), +13%(2006),+8%(2007), -7%(2008). Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.
