The North Carolina Association of REALTORS released their existing home sales report today.The most unexpected part of the report had Asheville's existing homes average sale price rise 8% to $309,770.
More in line with what we have come to expect lately was the number of existing homes sold fell 49% to 90.
And the total dollar volume dropped 45% to $27,879,361.
